UT automatic inspection

Our organization has equipment able to perform non-destructive testing of any particular in composite material of various geometries internally and externally.

The controls that we can do with our equipment are:

• Bonding/porosity inspection with pulse-echo technique of metallic materials, composites and composite bonded
• Bonding/porosity inspection with trough transmission technique of metallic materials, composites and composite panels.

With our equipment we can inspect parts of maximum size 9.000x2.400x400 with a linear scan speed of 200 mm / s of programmable pass from 0.5 mm to 10 mm.
These machines can work with single pass or in parallel up to 4 channels in contemporary.
